Since 1988 the Friendship Community Center has been fortunate to receive many generous donations to help purchase the building, renovate it and keep it operating.

We do our best to make our list complete. If we have inadvertently missed your name, please give us a call.  Thank you to all who support us in so many ways and are thankful to everyone for their ongoing support and commitment.

This list is in no particular order and may not be complete. Please let us know if we have missed your name on this list.   Our grateful thanks to all who support the Suttons Bay Friendship Center in so many ways.

The Friendship Community Center exists today because of the generosity of many in the Leelanau and Grand Traverse communities.  The creation and renovation of the center and the programs that have been key to its success would not have been possible without the generous support of the Village of Suttons Bay, Suttons Bay Township, Bingham Township, the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, the Michigan Office of Service to the Aging, the Rotary Club of Suttons Bay, Rotary Charities of Traverse City, the Grand Traverse Area United Way, the Suttons Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Suttons Bay Art Community,  the Suttons Bay Student Activities Fund, Suttons Bay Congregational Church, Keswick United Methodist Church, the Suttons Bay Bible Church, Citizens Insurance, the Charles Buervic Foundation, the Leelanau Probate Court, and many local businesses and private citizens.
