GENTLE YOGA is offered on Tuesday mornings from 8am to 9am - This class focuses on connecting breath to body movement. Great class for students new to yoga.
WEEKLY UNWIND FOR YOUR BODY & MIND is appropriate for all age groups and experience levels. This class focuses on passive stretching, meditation, connecting breath to body movement and finding comfort in stillness.

UKULELE CLASSES are offered on Mondays from 6 to 8pm. Strum Along is from 6 to 7pm and is for people who are interested in learning to play the ukulele, beginners, etc. Ukulele Orchestra is for people who play and want to play along with others.

CELEBRATE with our Annual Christmas party. Preview and pre-bid starts Thursday, December 13th, from noon to 7pm and Friday, December 14th, from noon to 5:30pm. Party starts Friday, December 14th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Appetizers and wine galore! Over 125 silent bid items and a live auction for the M-22 sign. $10 donation at door.
